Arzu Aksoy is a Human Resources expert with a career spanning over three decades. After graduating from Boğaziçi University and earning a pedagogical formation and training certificate from Marmara University in 1990, she embarked on a journey dedicated to shaping people and organizations
In 1996 she joined the Project Department of Yapi Kredi Bank during the restructuring process within the bank and branches. Later took part in the establishment and management of Human Resources and Training Departments of the Call Center of the Bank.
In 2000, she took on the challenge of building the Human Resources Department at Multinet Inc., a shared call center for several major companies under the Avrupa-Amerika Holding umbrella. She also gained certifications in aptitude tests, personality inventories (QPQ32), coaching, and mentoring, solidifying her position as an expert in talent management.
Between 2018-2020, she served as the Head of HR for MARM, reporting to offices in the USA, Dubai, and Russia.
Now, as a Freelance Human Resources Management Consultant and Coach/Mentor, she specializes in personnel selection and placement, assessment and evaluation center practices, personality evaluation, performance management, career planning, and competency management.
Buket Aksoy is a business strategist and communications specialist with a global perspective. Having completed her studies in Italy, she has cultivated a deep understanding of international markets and cross-cultural communication. Now based in Amsterdam, Buket works as a freelancer, offering expertise in business strategy, external communications, public relations, and social media management.
With a keen eye for storytelling and brand positioning, she helps businesses refine their messaging, build strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate today’s fast-evolving digital landscape. Her approach combines analytical thinking with creative execution, ensuring that her clients stand out in competitive markets.
